My order arrived damaged.
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to claim damaged or missing items. You may contact us at 708-460-0999 or firstname.lastname@example.org. When possible, please include a photo of the damaged items and original packaging condition. This will help expedite your claim. Claims are processed on a case-by-case basis. A pre-paid shipping label or other means of credit may be issued.
I want to return an item.
You may return some products within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs incurred on return shipments will not be credited. All items being returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number displayed clearly on the shipping address. To process a return and to receive an RMA number please call us at 708-460-0999. Important! Manufacturer warrantied items may not be returned; instead, you must contact the appropriate manufacturer for assistance with that item. Please refer to the warranty information included with the product by the manufacturer. For items that are returnable, they must be returned in like new condition in the original packaging. Some returns, if accepted, will be subject to restocking fees.
How much will my order cost to ship?
Your shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout. Your shipping cost is based on your total purchase plus any additional “oversize” charges. Items which are large, heavy, or fragile may include an oversize charge. Oversize charges may apply to select items based on size, weight, or fragility.
When will my order arrive?
Orders for supplies and stocked product are shipped within 1-4 days and generally are delivered within a total of 4-10 business days depending on your location (please see Delivery Estimates map below). Orders for some equipment that is not stocked are typically shipped in 5-10 business days. Product orders are generally shipped based on the method selected and the time of ordering. Please see the Delivery Estimates map below.

I cannot find my eTicket.
Your eTicket is provided as a PDF document with your Order Confirmation email. Your eTicket must be printed and brought with you for admittance. If you have lost your eTicket(s) or would like to download your eTicket(s) again, please follow these steps:

Click on “Purchase History”
Click “Download and Print”
Click “View Order Details” corresponding to your eTicket purchase

I bought a ticket to an event that I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all event tickets are non-refundable.
I bought a ticket to an event happening on several dates. Can I attend on a different night?
Tickets to events at TAM may not be transferred to a different date.
